A man once declared himself perfect
Vowing he was no feminine reject
Until hiring one day
A woman for pay
And she laughed as she gazed to inspect it

I longed to share a perfect love that
Would last me forevermore, yet I
Have found that there is joy in
The imperfection of our life.
